I heard this idea some years back and appears I put it into practice. I couldn’t find any TODO comments in my current projects. 
There were a few returned by my searches, but all in external libraries/cocoapods/etc. With 19 minutes to spare, I looked at those but they didn’t give enough background to even begin a fix. Another strike against TODO comments: not helpful to potential contributors!
